How to Pause Your Plan:
Access Your Manage Account Settings:
Go to the dashboard and click on "Manage Account" in the top right corner.
Pause Your Subscription:
Select "Pause Subscription".
Choose your desired pause duration (up to 6 months).
Click "Pause Subscription" again to confirm.
How to Resume Your Plan:
You can resume your subscription anytime by clicking "Manage Account" again and selecting "Resume Subscription".
That’s it! Your subscription will be on hold until you're ready to resume.
How to Change Your Plan:
Access Your Subscription Settings:
Go to the dashboard and click on "Manage Account".
Select Your New Plan:
Choose the plan you want to switch to.
If the new plan costs more, you'll be charged the difference.
If the new plan costs less, the difference will be credited to your account for future use.
Update Your Billing Cycle:
Click "Update Billing Cycle" to confirm your plan change.
That’s it! Your subscription will be updated instantly.
How to Cancel Your Plan:
Access Your Subscription Settings:
Go to the dashboard and click on "Manage Account".
Cancel Your Subscription:
Select "No Thank You".
Optionally, provide feedback (you may receive a reward for doing so).
Click "Continue Cancellation".
Confirm Your Cancellation:
Click "Cancel My Subscription" to finalize your choice.
That’s it! Your subscription will be canceled, but you can always reactivate it later if you change your mind.
How to Edit Your Payment Method:
Access Payment Settings:
Go to the dashboard and click on "Update Payment Method".
Update Your Payment Information:
Enter your new payment details.
Save Your Changes:
Click "Save" to update your payment method.
That’s it! Your payment information has been successfully updated.
